An Executive Chairmanship consisting of a Council and Secretariat will strengthen cooperation in research and training, and provide a global platform for resource exchange, access and distribution.
NUIST as one of the initiatorswill also establish afund to sponsor study exchange periods here for meteorology academics and students.
